Product Launches
WITR (short for “who’s in the room?”) has officially launched its simplified event networking app that offers event attendees an easy way to explore the profiles and connect with fellow attendees. Once organizers set up an event they can display a QR-code at the event for attendees to scan. Attendees enter their information manually or directly from their LinkedIn profile to a dynamic list of profiles that facilitates networking. According to the founders, the tool has already supported over 140,000 users.

ExpoPlatform launched NetWorks, a standalone AI-driven speed networking tool. NetWorks offers walk-in and pre-matched formats, using an intelligent algorithm to match buyers with exhibitors and sponsors with delegates. The company says it boosts NPS, rebooking rates, and ROI by enabling rapid meetings that spark deeper discussions.
Product Updates
InEvent has released a suite of AI tools for building event websites, forms, and enabling facial‐recognition check‐ins. Its AI Website Builder Assistant generates landing pages from text or screenshots; Smart Registration Forms create and edit registration forms conversationally; and the company says its new Facial Recognition update cuts check-in time by 70% and raises satisfaction by 40%. InEvent also announced a new set of Microsoft integrations that will allow users to unify customer data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and synchronize event schedules with Microsoft Outlook. The company said it will incorporate Microsoft’s cloud technologies and AI solutions including advanced data analytics.
JabberYak provides networking and engagement solutions for events. It launched Interest-Based Sponsor Matching, which uses its proprietary “7 Degrees of Connection” dataset to match attendees’ personal interests (e.g., outdoor adventures, culinary, tech) with retail sponsors. The feature recommends relevant sponsors, offers contact guidance, and delivers attendee-interest insights through JabberYak’s existing analytics and engagement platform.
Stova is investing in delivering real-time, cross-event analytics with the launch of its Event Intelligence Suite. This BI analytics suite promises to offer clients holistic visibility across all their events. Notable features include customisable and interactive KPI dashboards, map-based visualizations, trend analysis, and other visualizations of key metrics.
Wordly has added session summaries to its AI-powered feature set, in addition to previously available real-time translation, captions, and transcripts for meetings and events. The new feature, Wordly Summaries, auto-generates concise key takeaways immediately after each session, supports translation into dozens of languages, and offers easy exports in multiple file formats.

Bizzabo and InGo have announced a partnership that allows for the embedding of InGo’s community referral and social marketing tools into Bizzabo’s registration flow.
RainFocus has announced a new integration with Adobe Workfront, Adobe’s enterprise marketing work management application, via Workfront Fusion. The integration enables Adobe Workfront requests to automatically create events in RainFocus and duplicate selected Marketo Program Templates. The change removes manual setup and connects project-management, marketing-automation and event systems in one workflow.
